Klipsch The Fives Updater 1.2.0

The Fives Powered Monitors offer extensive app control, featuring a Virtual Remote and EQ capabilities. Upgrading your Fives is necessary to access these functionalities. The accompanying app provides a step-by-step walkthrough, ensuring a seamless installation of the required updates that will grant you the long-awaited Virtual Remote and EQ capabilities.

Once the update is successfully completed, it is safe to uninstall this app as all future updates will be delivered through the Klipsch Connect app.

IMPORTANT: The update process consists of two steps: USB (Step 1) and Bluetooth (Step 2). Both steps must be finalized to ensure a successful update!

What You Will Need:

• Internet access
• A USB thumb drive with a minimum of 1 gigabyte of storage, preferably USB 2.0
• A computer or device to transfer the update files to the thumb drive
• Around 20 minutes of your time

After completing the update, make sure you are utilizing version 1.9.0 or later of the Klipsch Connect app to fully leverage the new features. It may be necessary to forget and re-pair your Fives for the new capabilities to be visible.
